Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mousoom Mudoi, an individual based in India who operates Invflow (invflow.in). By signing in or using Invflow, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Invflow is — and isn’t
Invflow helps you create, share and track invoices, and follow up on payments. It is not a bank, payment service or wallet: it never receives, holds or moves money. Your clients pay you directly using the details on your invoice, and Invflow only records what you tell it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure — whoever controls it can sign in to your Invflow account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for keeping your details accurate.
Price
Invflow is free for now. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you’ll be able to export your data or delete your account before you are ever charged.
Your content and your responsibilities
- You own everything you put into Invflow — your profile, clients, invoices and payment details. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.
- You are responsible for your invoices: their accuracy, and your tax and legal obligations such as GST, TDS, income tax and invoicing rules. Invflow doesn’t give tax, legal or accounting advice.
- You must have the right to use any client information you enter. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
- Anyone with an invoice’s share link can view it, including your payment details. Share links only with the intended recipient.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invflow to:
- send fake, misleading or fraudulent invoices, or impersonate anyone;
- do anything illegal, or help someone else do so;
- harass people or send spam;
- probe, attack or overload the service, access other users’ data, or get around limits and security measures;
- copy, resell or build a competing service from Invflow itself.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Invflow running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut Invflow down, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice to export your data.
Ending the agreement
- You can stop at any time. Settings → Delete account removes your account and all its data.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and let you export your data.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost income, unpaid invoices, or tax penalties — arising from your use of Invflow. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover any claims against us caused by your invoices, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, but please write to us first — most things can be sorted out quickly.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Invflow after that means you accept the new terms.
